Our Program
The B. Sc in Aviation program is designed for those who are seeking a career in the technical side of the Aviation sector. It is a three-year course that follows a Non-Semester Pattern with a specialized content.
The individual who undergoes and successfully completes this program is eligible for a mechanic certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration. The rules for both certification and certificate holders are detailed in Subpart D of Part 65 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR’s), which are in turn part of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations.

Future Roles & Responsibilities
Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMT’s) inspect, perform and supervise maintenance activities, particularly the preventive maintenance, and alteration of Aircraft and Aircraft systems.
Course Duration
The duration of the course is three years.
Eligibility Criteria
Students who have successfully passed 10+2/12th Standard with minimum 50% marks.

Students also get to explore the interdependence of Airlines, Aircraft manufacturers and Airport authorities on each other.
Airport Operations
The main operational procedures for handling air cargo and passenger throughput in Airport terminals are presented in this module. Here, we also explore how physical characteristics impose constraints on aircrafts, the services provided to airlines, passengers in the terminal buildings, and air cargo companies. Students will be introduced to the design and management problems related to these facilities.
Aviation Strategy
The main focus is to introduce students to the theories and practice of strategic planning & management, and explore the application of business strategy principles to the Aviation industry with specific reference to the current scenario.
